We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic search marketing expert to join our vibrant, London-based digital agency. What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in an SEO role. They will be a self-starter who takes ownership of projects and is focused on delivering results. They will be passionate about SEO and content marketing, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends.
The candidate will have a high-level of knowledge in technical / on-site SEO. They will be expected to produce detailed audits, containing actionable recommendations for improving performance.
They will work with the team to develop and manage content strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Therefore, a demonstrable interest in blogging and/or content creation is desirable. They will also have an advanced knowledge of sustainable link building/earning strategies.
Finally, they will have the ability to think creatively and strategically. Working for an agency, it is important that they can adapt to different clients and markets, as well as the changing face of the search marketing industry. However, they must also have an analytical mind and be comfortable with analysing data, extracting information, and utilising that to develop tactics.
Essential for hitting the ground running:
- Producing detailed on-site audits with recommendations for improving performance
- Performing and managing keyword research
- Managing the implementation of recommendations to improve performance
- Performing monthly crawls and implementing ad-hoc on-site fixes
- Developing content strategies
- Developing and implementing sustainable link building/earning tactics

- PPC (Google and Bing) management
